Clean rooms, great coffee, nice staff.

the staff was very friendly

asked for a non smoking room which we got but next door was smoking. Smelt like second hand smoke in our room. The fitted sheet for the bed did not fit, we tried to put it on several times and it kept falling off. The cleaning people smoked around the facility and when they came in our room they smelt like cigarettes.

Came here for 2 nights with my husband, everything was great. The staff where helpful, and I could use wake up service and ironing free of charge. Loved my king room. The location was incredibly comfortable for Canton, short walk to eating places and the Arts Show and Canton First Monday market. Furthermore, in the center of town.

Consider inquiring about deeper cleaning services if your room doesn't meet cleanliness standards. It may improve your stay experience significantly.

Parking lot a little small for larger vehicles

Room was perfect for 1 person. Had everything I needed.

Bath towels were a bit skimpy. Coffee pot needs to be replaced. Alarm clock was across the room on top of the microwave. Refrigerator froze drinks. Room had a musty odor when first entered.

Seriously, this place needs some attention!!! Broken toilet seat, clogged sink, and a noticeable smell lingered from the previous guests. Replace the lamps and sort out your housekeeping staff, towels shouldn't come from the front desk!!!

That it is close to the first days trade market.

Floor was dirty. It was a stuffy atmosphere. Sink was broken. Everytime we flush the toilet it made this really load noise.

Closeness to the Arts Show and restaurants.

The room was a little creepy. If my husband hadn't been with me I would have been scared.

The mattress was uncomfortably worn, seriously affecting sleep quality. The room had a persistent odor reminiscent of stale smoke, which lingered despite ventilation efforts. While the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, there were noticeable cleanliness issues such as hair in the bathtub and stained sheets that detracted from the overall experience. The location was convenient for visiting local attractions, and the Asian street food in the area was a good find.

Beds were sooo comfortable. Staff at desk was very pleasant. Maid staff was very nice and helpful.

There weren't many people staying there the weekend we were there. I went to breakfast around 0745-0800, all the coffee was gone, very few items to choose from. I had to ask them to make coffee. They were very nice and did. On Sunday, they closed the breakfast down 10 minutes before scheduled.

The room was newly remodeled with fresh linens, and everything felt clean upon arrival. I loved the cozy comfort of the bed with a new feel. The bathroom had significant issues. The toilet hadn't been cleaned properly, and there was hair in the sink and tub. The shower drain was clogged too, made cleaning up a hassle. I was also a bit concerned about safety, as the locks felt a little flimsy, and I noted some guests heading to the front desk for essentials like towels. While the staff was nice during check-in, having only the front desk available for housekeeping needs was inconvenient. I expected more from a hotel affiliated with Wyndham since I've always associated the brand with quality standards.

The rooms with an ashtray, the microwave, the condition. A wide range of GOOD options for meal.

Location is good

Price during First Monday weekend is ridiculous
